Is support included in the above plans?
No. These plans include access to our support desk at preferred rates. Alternatively, a support plan can be purchased which includes further incentives or a fully managed IT plan can be subscribed to which includes unlimited support within the scope of the plan.
Why subscribe to a plan rather than go A La Carte?
If your business requires multiple IT Solutions, subscribing to a plan will reduce the cost of individual IT Solutions. Plans also include value added services such as IT Documentation and Preferred Response times at no additional charge.
Can I make substitutions to a plan?
In some cases, yes, in some cases, no. It depends on the plan you select and the IT Solutions you would like to substitute. Any server backup can always be substituted for a workstation backup or SharePoint backup.
May I add additional IT Solutions to a plan?
Of course, A La Carte IT Solutions may be added onto any plan. Quantities of IT Solutions already in a plan may be increased at an additional cost. Additionally, IT Solutions not already part of your plan may be added, for an additional cost.
Does 1MS Supply the Technology?
Yes. 1CS is a value added reseller of Technology Products & Services. We have many partner relationships including with providers of Technology who exclusively provide Technology Solutions to Managed Service Providers like 1MS.
May I use 1MS on a project by project basis.
Yes but through 1CS. 1CS is the division of our company which delivers non-managed IT Services such as break-fix IT support services and project based work. 1MS is a provider of Managed IT Services meaning we supply technology and manage it for you.
